TENDER FOR PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF OFFICE BLOCK FOR LAKE

VICTORIA BASIN COMMISSION HEADQUARTERS – PHASE 1

The Lake Victoria Basin Commission (LVBC) received financing from the EAC Partner States for the construction of its Headquarters in Kisumu, Kenya. LVBC now invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the Tender for Proposed Construction of Office Block for the LVBC Headquarters - Phase one (1).

 

Item Details
Site Visit  Friday, 17th July 2020 at 10.00 a.m East African local time, at LVBC offices for site direction.
Pre-Bid Conference Friday, 17th July 2020 at 11.00 a.m East African local time, at LVBC Offices, 13th floor, New Nyanza Regional HQ
Bid Submission Deadline Monday, 17th August 2020 at 11.00 a.m. East African local time.
Bid opening Date Monday, 17th August 2020 at 11.30 a.m. East African local time. Bidders or their representatives may attend.
Bid Security Irrevocable Bank Guarantee of US $20,000
Tender Fees (Bank receipt must be submitted with the bid)

Non-refundable US $100 payable to KCB Bank: Kisumu Branch, Kenya: Account Name: Lake Victoria Basin Commission, Account No.: 1104159775, Swift Code: KCBLKENX, Bank and Branch Code: 01105. Ensure the Bank indicates description of payment & company name on the receipt.

Bidders who participated previously and paid $100 are not required to pay again but must attach a copy of payment receipt with their bid.

Sealed Bids must be addressed and delivered to the address as below and indicating “TENDER FOR PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF OFFICE BLOCK FOR LAKE VICTORIA BASIN COMMISSION HEADQUARTERS-PHASE 1: LVBC/WKS/001/19/20” and delivered to the Tender Box. Telegraphic, Fax, E-mail and other electronic submissions will not be accepted. No liability will be acceptable for loss or late delivery and late submissions will be rejected.
